This WAVE ventilation model is aesthetically designed with whisper quiet technology for living quarters. It uses only 31 watts of electricity and can condition an area of up to 2,000 square feet (as compared to a dehumidifier which only has the range of a smaller immediate area). A dedicated 6-inch vent through the wall is required. Public housing as well as private property managers nationwide have had WAVE ventilation systems installed to reduce moisture and prevent mold. Use of these units ultimately eliminates musty odors, prevents structural damage and avoids legal issues.

Note: In apartments, the vent installation through the wall will require approval from management.
